About the Role:

The System Engineer's primary goal is to support the Project Team to support the Senturian Project Team's technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist in performing demonstrations, training, and technical presentations. Able to propose, write, and explain technical solutions based on needs; Responsible for project deployment, system configuration, debugging, on-site training, and daily after-sales maintenance, and improving customer satisfaction. Assist colleagues in project management, and maintain the system, etc.; perform corresponding troubleshooting and record. Assist in document production, material organization, data collection and other basic work. Assist in communicating with business-related colleagues to complete and improve products, Assist in solving internal test environment problems, including product hardware, software installation and debugging, troubleshooting, daily maintenance suggestions, etc.; Provide product and technical consultation and assistance to other departments or customers. Able to endure hardships, have strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, communication skills, and be innovative.

Requirements:

College degree or above in intelligence technology, computer, software development related majors; familiar with modern AI IoT, AI security technology and products, communication equipment and solutions, and have been engaged in related industries for 2-3 years. Have security related technical experience. Have knowledge and ability of security products, computer networks, and related low voltage systems, and understand relevant technical specifications; Proficient in using computers and understanding computer hardware. Able to independently deploy Linux, Windows, and Windows Server and be proficient in commands and configurating system settings. Have excellent written writing skills, proficient in using office automation software and AutoCAD software, and have certain construction drawing design and review capabilities Have product management work experience preferred.
