Job Description

Provide technical expertise, including both

pre-sales

and

post-sales

support, for i-PRO's professional range of security products, such as

Video Management Systems

,

IP cameras

,

NVRs

,

CCTV

, and wireless solutions across operations in APAC region.

Responsibilities:

1.

Solution Design & Proposal

Develop tailored

CCTV solutions

, including camera selection, NVRs, storage systems, and network architecture, to meet the specific needs of various industries. Create detailed system architecture diagrams and

Bills of Materials

(BOM).


2.

Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)

Conduct live or recorded demonstrations showcasing key features such as AI analytics and third-party analytics integration. Deploy POC systems to validate product performance in real-world environments.



3.

Technical Consultation & Post-Sale Support

Provide

VMS support

and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operation. Offer guidance on

integrating

i-PRO products with existing systems, including VMS. Support the development and deployment of

Edge AI

applications and partner solutions.


4.

Tender & Specification Support

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for tenders and RFPs. Collaborate with partners and specifiers to include i-PRO products in project specifications (spec-in activities).



5.

Training & Enablement

Deliver

Pre-sales & Technical training

to partners, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and solution selling.


6.

Active Learning Platform Management

Work closely with the i-PRO Americas training team to launch, maintain, and enhance the Active Learning platform. Develop onboarding and training materials, including instructional videos.

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma or Degree in

Computer Studies

/Computer Science/Information Technology/

Electronic Engineering

Relevant work experience in

Singapore

and

S.E.A

operations. At least

3 years

of relevant experience in system engineer for security system Good Knowledge of Network Structure, Firewall, VLAN, etc Good Knowledge of

security products

such as CCTV, IP camera, NVR, monitoring software, VMS, access control system and wireless product Good Knowledge of MS Window Server

Operating System

, Active Directory, DNS, SAN & NAS Experience in web fundamentals skill HTML, Javascript, CSS Understanding of database design, query and systems (SQL) Good communication and presentation skills * Occasional travel within Asia Pacific may be required
