Job Description

Job Scope :

Test and calibrate various parameters of the lithium-ion battery. Design the system structure, control procedure and communication protocol of BMS. Design BMS hardware, including schematic design, PCB layout design, standard BOM, selection and application of electronic components. Coding for BMS software, including joint debugging, upgrading and maintenance. Co-work with other engineers to complete the functional verification and optimization of BMS. Finish relevant documents in the process of BMS development, including the design document, test method, battery analysis report and SOP, etc. System maintenance and upgrade of front-end handheld device and back-end servers. Co-work with mechanical engineers to complete some basic mechanical design work and reliability calculations. Troubleshoot for customers in after-sales services such as maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

Major in the computer, communication, automation, electronic and other related. Good knowledge in battery management system control principles, system architecture, testing methods and hardware design. Familiar with embedded system development, computer principle and electronic circuit design. Familiar with EDA software. Familiar with CANBUS, I2C, SPI, RS485 and RS232 communication principle, proficient in C, C++ is a plus. Design product box casing with mechanical design software such as Solidworks (Optional).
