Role Overview

DeltaFrontier is seeking a talented and motivated

System Engineer

to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting presales activities, deploying, managing, and maintaining systems in a data center environment.

deploying cutting-edge technologies in AI, IoT, and Data Center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Malaysia, understanding their technical needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIOT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, Audio/Visual, physical security systems (CCTV, access control), and other related technologies.

RFx Tender Submission:

Lead the preparation and submission of RFx documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and alignment with DeltaFrontier's strategic goals.

System Demonstration:

Conduct product and system demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of DeltaFrontier's solutions to prospective clients.

Technical Proposal Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical proposals that address customer challenges and articulate the value of our solutions.

Solution Design:

Assist in designing and configuring solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with industry standards.

Project Deployment:

Oversee and manage the deployment of projects as requested by clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the Malaysian market, providing insights that drive the continuous improvement of DeltaFrontier's offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in AIOT smart workspace solutions, with a focus on enterprise digital transformation and physical security (CCTV, access control).

Datacenter Experience:

Experience in datacenter environments, including BMS, DCIM, and PMS, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in system design, technical proposal writing, and conducting system demonstrations. Knowledge of RFx tender processes is essential.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Customer-Focused:

Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
