Job Description
System Engineer
- Provide pre/post sales support on IT network related installation setup
-
Support all IT related matters in hosted Data Center for UC applications
-
Maintenance support for existing hosted system & software application
-
Attend to any ad-hoc duties or project assigned
-
Knowledge in IT Networking and Network infrastructure
-
Programming knowledge in Router and Firewall rule
-
Able to provide advise and coordinate with clients on IT network requirements and resolve setup issues
-
Hands on experience in VOIP products integration will be an added advantage
- Possess initiative in problems solving skill
Our Working hour:
Mon to Fri 8.45am to 6pm
Alternate Sat 8.45am to 1.15pm
