Primary Function is for the person to provide support on system proposal consisted of hardware/software/IT components, solving of technical issues, perform Testing and Commissioning (T&C) on the ELV System (ACS, IDS, FIDS / VCA,, CCTV, PA, Intercom, Network, IT Backend Infrastructure, Cybersecurity etc integrated Solution)

10% of the time - Project System Design Planning

• Review to identify any non-conformity of awarded project system proposal, sales offer & contract specification.
• Perform value engineering on system solution to optimize cost & completion schedule.
• Liaise with 3rd party System (internal/external) to align system implementation & integration back to main system.
• Establish overall system design configuration for smooth implementation & delivery within schedule & budget.

20% of the time - Project implementation

• Support Project Team to align the site T&C activities for manpower deployment.
• Survey site condition & readiness for T&C base on provided checklist from Project Team.
• Conduct System Demo/POC & FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to client & consultant.
• Provide System Write-up, Test Script & Migration Procedure etc to client & consultant.
• Support Project Team to attend technical meeting/discussion with client & consultant.

60% of the time - Testing and Commissioning (T&C)

• Perform T&C on field device/equipment base on provided checklist from Project Team.
• Co-ordinate with internal / external stakeholder on any 3rd party integration & customisation.
• Setup, configure & commission the backend system to monitor & control online field devices.
• Conduct SAT (Site Acceptance Test) to client & consultant.
• Preparation of training notes to conduct system operational training to end user.

10% of the time - Reporting

• Reporting System T&C status & progress with respect to milestone schedule.
• Reporting technical challenges hindering T&C progress that impact completion timeframe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position of relevant industry in Access Control / CCTV Surveillance, FIDS / VCA, Cybersecurity etc
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in the discipline of Security, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related study
• Possess good presentation skill and knowledge in product/systems for security & ELV
