YALAMANCHILI developed end to end scalable software products and solutions (under brand name NARADA ) from concept to final implementation across international borders. YALAMANCHILI has offices in India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America serving customers globally. Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and dedicated employee to work on our Commercial and Corporate infrastructure. A System Engineer works on LAN/WAN, supports the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration of hardware and software, and monitors system operational health (Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability and Reliability). He/She is encouraged to suggest, promote, and use of published standards to enhance system performance, and meet the industry and regulatory requirement. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Support Production Engineering tasks including the Server, database, storage and Network 2. Maintain and update system applications (Apache, Tomcat, Probe, JIRA) 3. Monitor, and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement fixes (e.g. memory, logging, latency) 4. Monitor information security and cyber security 5. Installation of hardware & software 6. Maintain asset inventory and maintenance record 7. Support desktop / laptop users 8. Document and update system infrastructure, policies, and procedures Skills & Experience 1. Diploma in Information Technology Computer Engineering Network Systems or related discipline 2. Knowledge in Windows / Unix / Linux environment 3. Knowledge of LAN / WAN / Cloud 4. 1 to 3 years' relevant experience 5. Energetic, Hands-on, and Positive mind set 6.
