Working Hours: Monday to Friday Working Location: Central Basic Salary: Up to S$ 8,000 + AWS Great Career Progression and Friendly Working Environment Responsibilities: Support the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting and upgrade of all IT systems or components. Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise. Setting up, configuration and administration of server in on-prem environment. Experience in Certificate Configurations, analysing logs and provide reports. Proficient in network systems, protocols, operating systems & firewall concepts. Good experience in Windows /Linux commands and shell scripting. Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets. Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments. Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Networking or any other related field of studies. Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, Hyper-V, Backup Solution, AWS, Azure.
