Our client, a consulting company specializing in ICT, telecommunications, and environment and energy engineering is looking for a System Engineer to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for their client.
\xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Work directly with clients to define project approach, specify requirements, and review milestone progress.
Understand client operations and business objectives.
Build positive relationships with clients and explore additional project opportunities.
Developing software applications (gathering requirements, system designing, in-house development/managing development of offshore development IT vendors, testing/debugging, and deployment of new systems).
Maintain and develop technical documentation.
Plan, coordinate and conduct training for end-users for assigned systems.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide technical support for systems-related setup, issues, and queries.
Work with the IT vendor teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, identification, and resolution of system issues.
Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies.
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
Occasional after-office hours and weekend support is expected.
Requirement

Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Service Engineer, or similar roles.
Strong vendor, service level, and project management skills
Able to demonstrate a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn new technology and approaches
Knowledge and exposure to logistics and IT audit will be greatly advantageous
The candidate should have the following hands-on experience:
Windows Server OS (AD, DHCP, DNS) and Linux (Redhat OS)
