As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced System Engineer to strengthen our technical operations and ensure robust, high-performing system deployments.

Job Overview

The System Engineer will take ownership of system design, deployment, and maintenance across multiple projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to manage field implementations from planning to completion. You will also play a key role in improving system reliability, automating configuration processes, and guiding junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead system setup, configuration, and integration for surveillance and telematics solutions across vehicle and fixed-site projects. Oversee end-to-end implementation, including hardware installation, firmware updates, system testing, and commissioning. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for hardware, network, and software issues. Design and document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define technical requirements and ensure successful delivery. Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance. Evaluate and implement new tools, firmware, or technologies to enhance system capability. Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians on system setup and best practices. Ensure compliance with technical standards, data security, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum

1-3 years of relevant experience

in system integration, surveillance systems, networking, embedded systems, or any relevant fields. Strong hands-on knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routers/switches), server configuration, and system monitoring tools. Proficiency in both hardware and software troubleshooting. Experience with CCTV, telematics, or transport system installations is highly preferred. Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments. Strong project coordination and documentation skills. * Independent, analytical, and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
