Job Scope Provide on-site end-to-end Integrated Systems Management Service (SMO) support. . Manage various stakeholders in the Authority's appointed meetings. . Manage and ensure that the system(s) Job Scope Provide on-site end-to-end Integrated Systems Management Service (SMO) support. . Manage various stakeholders in the Authority's appointed meetings. . Manage and ensure that the system(s) meet the corresponding system categories of KPI or SLA. . Ensure adequate governance (i.e. system and process controls) are in place to maintain oversight of compliance status and ensure the Systems adhere to applicable standards, policies, directives and guidelines. . Constantly track, mitigate and patch security vulnerabilities to eliminate or minimise risk exposure and improve the cyber resiliency of the Systems. . Ensure asset inventory (comprising hardware, software, network equipment, etc.) are maintained and updated regularly for the Systems . Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to Systems or backbone infrastructure . Support the Integrated Logistics Support such as publication management, spare review management and competency management . Maintain oversight and review the Obsolescence Management plan for all Systems . Drive digital transformation in areas of Operational efficiency, Governance & Compliance and Cyber Security . Perform tech refresh for Systems Qualifications . Degree in IT or a related subject with at least 5 years of working experience in IT projects . Good technical knowledge in network diagnosis and troubleshooting . Proven experience with LAN, WAN and WLAN data networking operations support . Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. . Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. . Strong customer service orientation. . Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. . Good communication and writing skills .
