System Operations Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Jurong Island / Oil Gas [LKH]
Our client leads in utilities services, energy and electricity markets, fuel management and storage tank leasing, as well as energy retailing \xe2\x80\x93 focused on providing energy solutions.
This position support the System Operations team and required to efficiently execute work with respect to loading / discharge operations and loss control to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Besides that, this position will also manage tank lessees\' expectations and ensure that inventories are managed in proper order
Working location : Jurong Island, company transport provided.
Working hour : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 8am-5.30pm, Ad-hoc support might require
Responsibilities:
- Understand the product to be transported or handled, generate nomination for loading / discharge operations and follow through the actual operations
- Timely update of loading / discharging operations with respect to quality / quantity
- Attend to audit and assist to provide data required and closing of findings
- Assist in investigation in dispute in quantity or product received or loaded
- Compute fees including inspection, insurance, port and freight
- Generate reports for submission to Singapore Customs and MPA
- Monitor and track lease inventory book stock and liaise with terminal on lease request in tankage operations
