Responsibilities:
Assist in the migration of digital assets from MediaBin to OpenText Media Manager. Prepare and maintain migration inventory lists in accordance with established naming conventions and taxonomy. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and proper organization of media files during migration. Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during migration. Support post-migration testing, validation, and user acceptance checks. Assist in the onboarding of new external users to the new system. Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the system team as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines Proficiency in
Windows Command Prompt
Experience withNode.js
orVBScript
will be an advantage Prior involvement indigital asset or data migration projects
is a plus Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Work Location: Tai Seng Salary: up to $3000 Able to start work immediately or on short noticeHow to apply:
