Summary

• The system test team is looking for an ambitious Systems Test Team Leader to lead projects and verification and validation activities on various products of our wide portfolio.
• You will be the test leader of upcoming projects and act as a representative of the quality department during the project planning phase.
• Additionally, you will put hands on firmware or whole software releases, single devices or complex machine architectures and create or perform manual test cases or automated system architecture tests.
• During the project life cycle, you will plan, supervise, and report the progress of the system test team.
• In your daily business you will work closely together with colleagues from several disciplines and ensure that we deliver high quality products.
• Furthermore, you will have the chance to give your footprint during the ongoing development of an automated test system for our continuous functional verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and reporting of system test activities
• Leading of System Test Team and ensure the capacity needed
• Align between different project teams and keep the general high-level picture in mind
• Ensure the system tests are executed in the most efficient way continuously drive efficiency improvement
• Collaborate closely and consult with the Project Validation Leaders to ensure the test benches are reflecting the customer use cases as good as possible
• Demonstrate that the products fulfil the requirements in the environment of their intended use inside the related systems / applications
• Responsible for the budget of the area
• Usage of programming languages of the IEC 61131-3 and/or CODESYS based software environment
• Participate in the creation of an automated test concept that is based on TestComplete or Jenkins
• Insight into the product range of the industrial automation & control offer for complex automation machines

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least six years of experience in the area of system testing
• Experience about hierarchal or non-hierarchal people leading
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Programming experience (C#, python, IEC 61131-3, CODESYS)
• Experience with Jenkins, TestComplete, or Jira
