As a Systems & Storage Administrator, your job purpose is to: Be a part of the team managing Systems & Storage Infra at Singapore site and assist in ensuring smooth operations of all relevant infrastructure deployed at the site. Details are: Role: Systems & Storage Administrator Work location: Ang mo kio, Singapore Job Mode: 12 months renewable contract Salary: 6500 + Bonus Job requirements: Responsibilities As a Systems & Storage Administrator, your job purpose is to: Be a part of the team managing Systems & Storage Infra at Singapore site and assist in ensuring smooth operations of all relevant infrastructure deployed at the site. You'll be involved in: Deploying new infrastructure (server/storage/backup) and perform various System Administration tasks on Windows, Linux, VMware. Deploying and Administrating Netapp Storage in Metrocluster and HA Cluster Setup (Cluster Mode & 7-Mode) Performing hardware upgrade, OS upgrade, server and storage migration. Writing shell scripts to automate system administration and maintenance tasks. Performing hardware troubleshooting and replacing of faulty hardware part with a good part when required. Managing Incidents and Changes on Systems and Storage Infrastructure. Liaising with vendor and request for Quotations from suppliers when needed. You are suitable for this role if you are/ have: Bachelor' s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent. Around 6 years of work experience handing Netapp MetroCluster storage, Windows, Linux & VMware Server Environment, Strong competency required in Netapp Metrocluster and HA Cluster setup administration. Good scripting skills in shell scripting, Powershell. Experience in IBM TSM Backup Setup & Administration will be added advantage. Experience in HP MSL Tape Library Administration will be added advantage. Hands-on experience to deploy & administer servers on Windows/Linux platform. Knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) concepts and hands on exposure configuring SAN switches and SAN Zoning will be a plus. 24x7 on-call support when needed.
