Job Description

With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide support for operational issues and requirements and handle incidents and requests raised by business users.What you will do

  • Provide support for operational issues and requirements including solution for day-today topics
  • Provide support and maintain Financial Interfaces linked to ERP
  • Provide Testing Support for system minor change requests.
What you bringExperience
  • Prior experience of Financial ERP Systems and Processes such as BAAN or Infor LN would be preferred
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and accounting and reporting would be preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
