Captures and translates Business requirements into Functional Specification Documents.
Work in close coordination and collaboration with the business users to understand requirements from "What & Why" dimensions.
Work closely with technical/development teams as part of the SDLC process to facilitate technical specifications, development, perform functional testing and implementation/migration activities.
Monitor & Control requirements by maintaining a complete traceability (including business related non-functional requirements) and ensure that they are meeting the bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
Responsible to maintain record of user requirements, enhancements, change requests etc. and project progress.
Requirements
Degree in Business or Technology from a reputed university.
Minimum 4+ years of specific BA experience on T24 product.
Experience in Private Banking/Wealth management implementations is mandatory.
Excellent understanding of T24 Core Banking modules gained in implementations.
Solid T24 modules knowledge/hands-on required in all or at least majority of the following including product parameterization and configuration:
T24 Core modules \xe2\x80\x93 Limits, Collateral, and Multi-Company/Branch setup.
Experience in any one of the following Securities, Treasury (FX, MM), T24 Accounting with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM), or any other recent modules.
Having techno-functional expertise and/or good exposure to T24 Technical/customization skills would be an added advantage.
Expertise in documentation and review of BRD & FSD\xe2\x80\x99s.
Experience in documenting business & system process design workflows using any software tool is desirable.
Expertise in managing SIT and UAT with Business and end-users.
Good understanding of Project Management discipline.
