Job Description
This role will be part of the pioneer team in setting up the manpower capability of organisation. Successful candidate will partner key business stakeholders in driving talent acquisition, culture building and employee engagement activities.
Client Details
Our client is a newly setup subsidiary within an established conglomerate to champion sustainability. As part of the pioneer team, you will report directly into the VP of HR and work closely with the CEO to build the workforce.
Description
- Drive the entire recruitment process including but not limited to understanding business needs, recruiting, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
- Build and reinforce organisation culture as part of the pioneer team.
- Plan and execute Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Manage the Performance Management Cycle.
- Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
- Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, preferably within tech industry.
- Independent worker with keen attention to details.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
