Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Generate and process offer letters
  • Organize, collect and process of information and forms from new hires as required during pre-employment phase
  • Conduct reference checks on incoming candidates
  • Accurate data input into various HR and vendor systems
  • To provide a range of administrative support functions to the Talent Acquisition team including ad doc reporting requests as needed

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience within HR, TA, Recruitment
  • Detail minded
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Mature, resourceful and able to deal with people at all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately would be advantageous
