Job Description

  • To handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, interviewing and offer letter of employment
  • To manage high volume of backend and frontline hiring as requested
  • To assist Talent and Acquisition Manager in preparing the necessary data and reports for management reporting purpose
  • To administer prompt employee referral programme monthly payout to referrals and referees
  • To implement recruitment plans and initiatives to meet timely manpower needs.
  • To track and report of recruitment updates to the Management
  • To manage on-boarding of new hires
  • Resourceful in getting blue collar candidates and participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs and on-site recruitments.
  • -To assist in all other HR related or administrative tasks such as all work pass applications
  • -To ensure promptness in administering full spectrum of work passes renewal (WP, EP, S passes and etc) for all employees
Job requirements: -
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and related MOM guidelines
  • Preferably has some relevant experience in doing blue collar recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 01/08/2022
