To handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, interviewing and offer letter of employment
To manage high volume of backend and frontline hiring as requested
To assist Talent and Acquisition Manager in preparing the necessary data and reports for management reporting purpose
To administer prompt employee referral programme monthly payout to referrals and referees
To implement recruitment plans and initiatives to meet timely manpower needs.
To track and report of recruitment updates to the Management
To manage on-boarding of new hires
Resourceful in getting blue collar candidates and participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs and on-site recruitments.
-To assist in all other HR related or administrative tasks such as all work pass applications
-To ensure promptness in administering full spectrum of work passes renewal (WP, EP, S passes and etc) for all employees
