We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager, with a mission to engage, excite and attract the best talents across functions and seniorities.

You will:

  • Driving the external talent pipeline across function through direct sourcing, referrals and engaging partner vendors
  • Managing interns recruitment and selection process, ensuring we provide the best in class candidate experience and securing the best talents at early days
  • Orchestrating undergraduate engagement activities, including Brandstorm and annual Campus engagement day. L'Oreal Group consistently ranks as one of the top destinations for students (#1 FMCG industry employer in Singapore) and every year we select the best and brightest to join our development programs. In 2018, we had a ground-breaking way of engaging students. It has been the talk of the town - what is your plan next?
  • Activate our Employer Branding communications through various form of candidate engagement.
  • Managing recruitment technology projects, including pioneering artificial intelligence implementation on recruitment system
You have:
  • At least 7 years of solid sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Experience driving recruitment activities for senior stakeholders or a business division
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion in talents, strong drive to succeed and ambition to progress HR leadership roles
