Our client's vision is to reduce e-waste by saving electronics from premature death. This concurrently enables customers to save up to 70% on their favourite brands by having the flexibility to rent devices instead of buying them.

This company is one of APAC's fastest-growing start-ups, operating across 7 countries. We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager based in Singapore. Join the small but growing team as one of the company’s core team members. You will contribute to regional HR success across APAC with the People & Culture Manager to hire top talents, bring the company's culture to the next level, and improve HR related processes.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment processes, performing initial interviews with candidates, and sourcing great talent.
  • Selecting the right tools and optimising the hiring and selection process across all current and future markets in APAC.
  • Supporting the HR team with various tasks, including onboarding of new team members, implementing a great organisational culture, and organising team events.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, practices, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Reporting to management and providing support for decisions through HR metrics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout HR management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimally, 2 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent education.
  • To be highly motivated and structured in your approach.
  • To be a solid team player who thrives in multi-tasking environments.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
