Job Description
The Recruitment Manager works with the HR Business Partners in ensuring recruitment plans are in place and executed as scheduled. As the HR Business Partners liaises with the line leaders in drafting their HR plans, they should be able to facilitate discussions between the Recruitment Specialist and the hiring managers if the need arises.Work together in ensuring the right talents are placed in the right seats. Being accountable for facilitating recruitment. The Recruitment Manager will guide the hiring managers to:
- Strategizing on hiring specific profiles that the company needs.- Pipe lining of candidates- Complete recruitment briefs for proper sourcing;
- Use the prescribed recruitment templates for effectiveness;
- Review recruitment metrics to evaluate recruitment performance and come up with action plans to expedite recruitment when necessary.For Makati
