- Be a thought leader and drive external marketing campaigns digitally to continuously reach out to their chosen target audiences.
- Drive talent pipelining projects at all levels to ensure the organisation is first on the rank when candidates considering a move.
- Support the leadership team through initiatives and market intel to support strategic decisions
- Not be afraid to get their hands dirty and push to meet and know the best consultants in the market and keep their finger on the pulse when it comes to market intel.
