The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to execute our organisation\'s hiring efforts to bring in good talent. You will be entrusted with an ongoing goal to build a strong employer brand, discover top talents, and ensure great relationships with prospective candidates.

To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to helping them find success in our company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all talent acquisition activities to fill open positions while anticipating future needs.
  • Work with leaders to determine staffing needs, forecasts as well as acquisition strategies, plans and activities.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment cycle stages while ensuring positive candidate experience (sourcing, attracting, testing, evaluating, interviewing, offering and onboarding).
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing methods and strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition techniques and tools to attract top talents across a diverse range of departments. For us, this tends to include creating engaging, unbiased and compelling job adverts and content.
  • Build and improve talent acquisition systems to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas of opportunity or improvement within processes using performance metrics
  • Guide and assist hiring managers to achieve hiring goals and outcomes including but not limited to providing recommendations and useful insights for best fit candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. internal teams, hiring managers, candidates, external recruitment partners/vendors etc.)
  • Strategise and execute all employer branding activities to build a stronger employer brand.
  • Build, lead and manage a talent acquisition team.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects relating to the People team.
Requirements
  • Ambitious candidates who are looking for long-term opportunities.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition (TA), recruitment, and employer branding in a fast-growth environment within relevant industries such as, eCommerce, tech, internet, marketing, advertising or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of current TA and employer branding trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations, and experience with compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other TA technologies and analytics.
  • Experience in building, managing and retaining a talent acquisition team.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal teams, candidates and other key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
  • Ability to analyse and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Self motivated, growth and solution focused with a strong sense of ownership of your performance and overall project outcomes (without this, you will find yourself behind very quickly).
  • Adaptable to dynamic business requirements

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
