As part of our future business setup, the Portfolio Brands people team is reorganizing to better meet our business needs. This entails assuming end-to-end responsibility in the HR specialist field.Part of this process includes developing our Talent Acquisition team, to serve COS, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories, and Arket within the Portfolio. This team will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business growth by effectively attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining talent with the necessary skills to secure our future.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you facilitate the hiring of talented and diverse colleagues that share our company values and ambition. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you coach store hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including inclusion and diversity, candidate experience, recruitment processes, and succession planning. Your role contributes to the success of our recruitment KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and covers Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Autralia and New Zealand.

  • Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline contributing to the recruitment KPIs
  • Manage a professional end to end recruitment processes for store roles within your organisation, ensuring candidates receive quality feedback and the best possible experience\xe2\x80\x8b, align with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s I&D policy
  • Train managers using Portfolio Brands\xe2\x80\x99 recruitment training and ATS training, coaching them to select the right candidates based on hiring criteria, ensure the right process are followed
  • Work with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed, and build successful collaborations with regards to labour market insights, salary and benefits, as well as changes in employee relations and legal requirements
  • Enhance our employer branding by providing information required for social media campaigns, attend career fairs and university campus days to promote COS as a potential employer
  • Create interest and encourage applications by online networking and engaging candidates through social media, while proactively looking for new ways to attract candidates, building talent pools for high priority roles
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to help set the recruitment budgets for the year, ensure agency and advertising spend stays within the budget
QualificationsAs a specialist in a multibrand network organization, you face various demands. Your strength lies in understanding stakeholders and involving them effectively. Additionally, your excellent communication skills allow you to adapt to the needs of the stakeholders you encounter.You believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are no stranger to giving feedback, providing inspiration, and motivating others in their day-to-day work. You are a self-starter, have a yes-we-can attitude and are comfortable with working with uncertainty, or limited information.For this role, we are particularly interested in candidate who have;
  • Experience working in a recruitment or HR related role within head office/area team or experience working with an in-house recruitment team as a coordinator/ support
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written
  • Local language skills of your responsible markets are preferred
  • Excellent prioritization skills & are capable of multitasking
  • Experience of supporting others to grow by giving constructive feedback
  • Experience in coaching and training store management teams and adapting communication to suit the audience
  • Proven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Sales driven and result oriented
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationship with multiple stakeholders
