Job Description


:

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all interview matters with agents or direct applicants (including pre-service sponsorship candidates) and hiring managers to ensure timely arrangement

\xc2\xb7 Ensure candidates\xe2\x80\x99 documentation completeness and upload the documents into the shared folders or send to interviewers prior to each interview

\xc2\xb7 Post-interview status update in the system and provide administration follow-up to meet the time-to-hire target. This include preparation of salary package and employment contract within the stipulated turnaround time.

Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce time-to-hire. This include

  • managing the recruitment system and tracking the sourcing and metrics for each requisition to ensure vacancies are closed timely
  • Managing and upkeep a centralised JD depository system in HR system
  • Timely post-interview follow-up with salary proposal, contract preparation and reference check till candidate\xe2\x80\x99s offer acceptance
\xc2\xb7 Other Administrative Role as assigned.

Requirement:
  • Eligible to Diploma in HRM
  • Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Word and PowerPoint
Additional information:

\xc2\xb7 Working days: Monday to Friday

\xc2\xb7 Salary up to $3300

\xc2\xb7 Located in Toa Payoh
