Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for composition and execution of recruitment plans including developing effective channels to meet recruitment targets; the whole recruitment process from drafting till successful recruitment, onboarding and assimilation of new employee; all aspects of employment management including but not limited to probation, labor contract and renewal, internal transfer etc.;
  • Build talent database on critical jobs to prevent potential workforce shortage;
  • Partner closely with APAC Leadership team to understand, anticipate and influence their hiring needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing to Innovate on new sourcing techniques and utilise our brand to build quality short and long term candidate pipelines and engaged talent communities
  • Be a HR Champion ensuring all HR practices and standards in the regional conform to the Trina HR strategy, policy and guidelines. Champion the Trina Values and Culture;
  • Involve in other HR projects and initiatives and provide necessary assistance when needed;
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • At least 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience;
  • Practical experience in selection & recruitment, assessment management etc.;
  • Basic understanding of Employee Relations related issues and legislations overseas (APAC region preferred);
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties;
  • Effective communication approaches that include: proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Ability to cope with pressure. The ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure is what you will need to cope with the pace we have in our daily work.
