Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description:
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead in all aspects of Talent Acquisition which includes strategic planning, process improvement, and execution of corporate’s People & Culture objectives across the APAC & Middle East regions, in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team, HRBPs, and our internal service provider; Global Business Services (GBS).

Job Responsibilities

  • Represents as local TA and provides ground solutions raised by stakeholders for recruitment solutions
  • Responsible for Campus hiring.
  • Liaisons with Local universities to partner efficiently wrt Global graduate hiring guidelines
  • Partners with HRBPs to understand business needs every year
  • Responsible for Internal hiring & employee referral program
  • Supports and executes day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations across the region in collaboration with GBS to deliver quality recruitment services to our internal stakeholders according to KPIs defined.
  • Optimizes the utilization of GBS
  • Owns Lateral hiring drive processes, supports in interviews
  • Drives Taleo utilization by GBS & Hiring Managers
  • Supports coordination with Country P&C Heads to forecast company talent acquisition goals and hiring needs.
  • Oversees the entire end-to-end candidate experience to deliver the best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Provides support for global/regional TA initiatives roll-out, which includes managing and cascading internal/external communications.
  • Processes employer branding initiatives wrt recruitment

You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive regional recruiting experience as a senior specialist or team leader capacity.
  • Experience working in a large-scale and complex multinational Shared Services environment is preferred.
  • Strong operational skills focused on systems optimization (ATS Taleo) and process improvement.
  • Tech Savvy, sourcing tools, competency-based behavioral interviews, offer management, social media recruitment, and candidate care.
  • Data orientated and analytical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Experienced in managing campus & lateral volume hiring needs is a plus
  • Recruiting experience in diverse organizations with multiple domains will be an added advantage
