Talent AcquisitionGeneral Summary:Contributes to Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and add value to our Talent Acquisition Team. Researches, learns, and applies understanding of TA tools, systems, principles, and best practices for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle to identify, source, and hire qualified, diverse candidates. Provides best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.Minimum Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience.

Associate\'s degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of recruiting experience.Responsible for manufacturing hiring needs, including mass recruitment activities during business ramp.Provide HR operational support and guidance to both employees and supervisor / managers include off-boarding process.Manage Application of work passes / renewal of passes / visa include work passes cancellation include managing Third party outsource services.Monitor, prepare and brief the PRC employees on the employment contract renewal include 6 monthly medical examination.Update employee particular change request include change shift, transfer, supervisor, or manager change.e-Personal Info Verification and Approval via Workday & update MOM if any (such as Address / Passport / Contact number).Quarterly Headcount audit and ensure all work process is compliance with auditable standard.Repatriation arrangement for PRC employee.Support the execution of training plan and course administration.Other support such as1)Follow up on UDF / ABS notification.2)P/File Archiving for Resignation3)Invitation Letter if any4)Any other Ad hoc projectAlthough this role has some expected minor physical activity, this should not deter otherwise qualified applicants from applying.
