Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract)

Job Description
G4S Secure Solutions currently has a contract opening in the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Partner with hiring managers on end to end recruitment
- Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting, to candidate assessment to performing interviews and offer management
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved in a timely manner
- Performing reference and background checks
- Provide analytical recruiting reports
- Assist in work pass application, renewal, cancellation etc
- Diploma or University graduate, preferably in HR management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 1 year relevant experience as a recruiter would be preferable
- Past experience working with security company as a recruiter is a plus
- Result and People-oriented, results-driven and strong desire for success;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in Times Software is an advantage
