Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on end to end recruitment
• Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting, to candidate assessment to performing interviews and offer management
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved in a timely manner
• Performing reference and background checks
• Provide analytical recruiting reports
• Assist in work pass application, renewal, cancellation etc

Job Requirements

• Diploma or University graduate, preferably in HR management or other relevant disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience as a recruiter would be preferable
• Past experience working with security company as a recruiter is a plus
• Result and People-oriented, results-driven and strong desire for success;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated and organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage
• Knowledge in Times Software is an advantage
