Our client is a solutions provider in the Technology industry. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be solely responsible for talent acquisition strategy for a variety of international roles.
Role
Work with HR leaders and internal stakeholders in Singapore to deliver a seamless full life cycle recruitment for roles in international offices Possess in-depth knowledge of the roles required to effectively craft attractive job descriptions and manage job postings Actively seek candidates through various job portals and social media platforms Handle administrative tasks such as arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers, onboarding, and TA analytic reports Manage candidate and recruitment data on the database Ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any studies At least 2 years of experience in global talent acquisition and experience in general HR Excellent command of spoken and written English is required Experience with applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently
