Job Description

:

• Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
• Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Analyze job roles to define requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms, including social media and college job boards.
• Source candidates using databases and social media.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct interviews using various selection methods to evaluate candidates efficiently.
• Assess candidates\' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Keep up with and apply HR best practices in recruiting.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports with the team using designated software.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Promote the company as an attractive employer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.Bonus: Experience in recruiting across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Europe, India, and the UAE.

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
• Experience with selection processes like video and phone interviews and reference checks.
• Capability to organize skills assessments (e.g., work samples and tests).
• Familiarity with recruiting software and HR systems.
• Strong decision-making skills.
