• Attract and recruit the best talent from around the world
• Select and interview suitable candidates
• Ensure processes are legally compliant
• Run adverts and carry out network research to source quality candidates
• Work to understand all game products and the industry in general
• Build and manage new marketing tools and strategies

Key requirements for this role in Singapore:

• University degree (or equivalent experience)
• Significant prior professional experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Strong understanding of the games industry
• Working experience at a game studio or similar
• Deep understanding of recruitment and attracting talent
• Track record of achieving KPIs
