Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle the full process of recruitment, including vacancy requirement review with the hiring department, sourcing, approaching, interview arrangements, HR interview, offer and on-board support.
Provide professional advice on the recruitment cases and be able to find out reasonable solutions
Recruitment data statistics and report analysis
Develop recruitment channels
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a recruiter, with at least 1-2 years in-house working experience with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Exposures to South East Asia/overseas market recruitment cases preferred
Internet/ High-tech industry background preferred
English speaker, good communication skills
Self-driven, good ownership, adapt to challenges and changes
Ownership and good team player
Base Salary range $5k - $8k based of experience.
