We are looking for Talent Acquisition – Phone Screening Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. This position will act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provides recruiting support by phone screening candidates, reviewing and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications, and sourcing to build a further pipeline of skilled candidates for the North America Hourly Recruiters.
Your essential responsibilities:

• Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements
• Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into Taleo/HOP
• Recommends top candidates and schedule them for interview (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter
• Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition
• Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in Taleo/HOP, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met
• Coordinates the research of advertisements (e.g. print, radio, etc.) and executes those advertisement strategies per recruiter and hiring team recommendations
• Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter
• Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e. Monster, Jibe, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications

If you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience Offshore Recruiting experience
• Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday – Friday
• Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)

Position Criteria:

• Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite)
• Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
• Strong attention to detail
