You will be a member of the talent management and leadership development team responsible for building a sustainable and healthy pipeline of competent and committed leaders for SingHealth.

You will support in the implementation and review of leadership development initiatives, framework and leadership programmes to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategy, critical initiatives and culture identified for future success. You will also participate in the development of department-level initiatives and projects to enhance work processes and build leadership and organisation capability. In addition, you will assist with financial reporting and monitor the budget utilisation of leadership development programmes. You are also required to provide operational and administrative support for the department.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resource
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with good command of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and engage at all levels
  • Good time management skills with ability to manage assignments independently within tight deadlines
  • Resourceful, result-focused and meticulous
  • Self-motivated team player with strong administrative skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
