At Income, our Talent Attraction (TA) team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we have a qualified, fit for future and engaged workforce delivering our promises to our customers. While we attract and hire the best fit for the role, we stay connected to our people in creating a common platform for them to engage and thrive. You will work closely with TA partners and HR business partners to drive talent attraction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with HR Business Partner to build a deep understanding of business units, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Initiate a range of sourcing activities which includes job posting, screening and qualifying candidates and organising interviews
• Review and improvement recruitment methods to ensure that the selection techniques and recruitment process are effective
• Manage the recruiting process by engaging in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders to create a highly positive experience
• Maintain updated communication with candidates throughout the scheduling, debriefing, interviewing and offer negotiations process
• Conduct background checks to onboard shortlisted candidates
• Provide general support with onboarding and orientation and off-boarding
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle recruiting with high proficiency to deliver competing priorities within deadlines
• Experience with recruiting technologies, such as Taleo and LinkedIn, strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish good rapport with stakeholders and work collaboratively cross departments
