About the role The incumbent plays a leadership role within the Singapore HR team in support and interact key business units across the organisation through hands on experience of talent development. Responsible for driving employee engagement in a sustainable manner within the organization. This is a People Manager role, supervising a team of in-house talent development & engagement group within the HR team.
What you will be doing

  • Talent Development
    • Play a key role in the Learning & Development function, starting from competency gap analysis, learning needs analysis, to design and execution of organisation-wide learning interventions
    • Design, conceptualize and develop frameworks, programmes and initiatives for building organizational and managerial capabilities to meet group-wide learning needs
    • Engage and consult line divisions and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and work with third-party training vendors to develop and deliver creative and cost-effective learning solutions. Review and formulate development roadmaps for various job families and lead the organisation into the next phase of transformation
    • Liaise with internal business leaders to identify any gaps in the current L&D programs and putting in place improvement plans
    • Oversee and manage the end to end L&D process - curating content, delivery methods, sourcing for vendors, assessing effectiveness, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
    • Partake in Talent Management initiatives - career development, succession planning, performance management etc
  • Talent Engagement
  • Take lead in crafting culture change campaigns from conceptualisation through implementation, effectively bridging employee sentiments with organisational goals
  • Build strong networks throughout the organisation for effective collaboration and to ensure people engagement initiatives truly meet employees’ expectations
  • Drive improvements in employee experience through communications and engagement interventions which are sustainable and measurable, and work with stakeholders on adapting these to their unique requirements
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate data and documentation for employee investigations, employee engagement surveys and welfare statistics
  • Analyse and survey internal and external trends for employee engagement
Team Management
  • Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
  • Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
  • Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
  • Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
  • Ensure updated availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
  • Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
Requirements The successful candidate
  • At least 7 years of prior experience in Organisational Development / Employee Engagement / Internal Communications / Stakeholder Engagement in a large multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in devising and implementing employee engagement strategies for different objectives e.g. motivation, development, retention, leadership development
  • Experience in managing digital communications platforms, such as an intranet, social media properties and / or websites is a plus
  • Meticulous, resourceful, self-driven with the ability to influence and garner support, willing to experiment and innovate, ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Able to build strong working relationship, instilling trust and confidence in colleagues at all levels
  • Positive attitude with ability to think out of the box
