Our client has established themselves as reputable and global multinational financial services firms specializing in insurance and reinsurance with more than 100 offices across 6 continents. With profitable and stable expansion, a newly created role as a Talent Development Executive on an Associate Manager level will come in to drive and support talent planning and learning across their Asia offices.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a crucial member of the team, being a part of a collaborative and unique culture that prioritizes communication and a transparent environment whilst collaborating with industry leaders to drive productivity within a matrix environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead in an individual contributor position on all talent management, strategy and development for the Asia region whilst designing new talent programmes, revamping existing talent management processes and being a crucial part of creating synergy across all Asia offices within talent planning. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support the Head of HR and business partners on organisation talent review, succession planning and career management support whilst collaborating on a daily basis with local country heads and leaders.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll come in as someone who brings a minimum of 6 years talent management / development experience preferably within the financial services industry. You should be highly motivated and passionate about the talent development space, whilst understanding how to navigate across different jurisdictions and stakeholders with an influential and supportive approach. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowing how to strategically plan, identify talent & learning gaps and develop structure & synergy for the firm whilst maintaining acute attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
