Identify and recruit suitable live streamers, including newcomers, influencers, and potential talents;
Attract potential streamers through various channels such as social media, recruitment platforms, and offline events;
Provide training and guidance on live streaming skills, content direction, audience interaction, and personal branding;
Educate streamers on platform rules, content compliance, and marketing strategies;
Monitor and analyze streamers' performance data, income, and follower growth to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the live streaming or entertainment industry (e.g., TikTok, Bigo Live, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.);
Familiar with both local and international live streaming ecosystems;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional management skills;
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (knowledge of additional dialects or languages is an advantage);
* Possess existing KOL, MCN, or influencer network resources will be a strong plus.
