Job Description


We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Talent Relations Specialist to join us, and this role sits at the Executive\xe2\x80\x99s level on our Company\xe2\x80\x99s career ladder. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for talent management profession who would work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with BRS\xe2\x80\x99s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carry out key functions of the department.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

  • Conduct research on companies and industries to identify potential candidates for talent placings.
  • Bridge strong connections with clients to understand their company hiring needs.
  • Recommend suitable candidates for roles that are open within their organization.
  • Search for candidates who are a good fit for positions by identifying their KSA and expertise, follow by contacting them about available positions.
  • Review CVs and converse with candidates to determine whether candidates are a matching fit for various positions.
  • Communicate with applicants during the application process to keep them informed on the status of the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews to understand their opinion in the hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation and benefit scheme between client and candidates upon successful job offer.
  • Obtain relevant employment documents from client and candidate to facilitate job placement.
  • Draft BRS contract for client\xe2\x80\x99s agreement on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s employment package.
  • Hand out service feedback form to both client and candidate for our service evaluation.
  • Any other duties related to this role.

  • Versatile personality to manage unexpected changes.
  • Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.
  • A team player and willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.
  • CEI is required.
