Talent Sourcing Channel Partners Lead

In the current external candidate market, we face unprecedented competition for talent. Highly skilled diverse talent is in short supply and demand is high in every global territory. To operate better in these market conditions, we need to build out our LSEG Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and create bespoke value propositions to specifically attract the talent required by our business.
This key role will lead sourcing channel partner relationships which include our Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) for both executive and non-executive hiring. A key ambition is to directly connect with and attract target talent and both significantly reduce our reliance on 3rd party agencies globally and increase diversity at shortlist stage.
In addition, this role will ensure that we leverage our scale and are delivering the talent we need through key active (not passive) attraction channels. These include job boards, employer approval sites and other niche sourcing channels. It is not responsible for our LSEG careers site nor our key social media channels such as LinkedIn.
This role sits alongside a global team of 5 Employment Brand and Attraction Channels leads and is an individual contributor.
Key responsibilities:
Set and lead sourcing channel partners to drive direct sourcing of target talent required by our business.
Proactively manage and sustain our supplier partners to achieve ROI, cost-effective sourcing when required.
Accountable for managing the LSEG PSLs of recruitment agencies and executive search agencies - ensuring all our key suppliers provide a flawless candidate experience and have diversity and inclusion at the core of their service proposition.
Work in partnership with colleagues in Procurement to ensure commercial relationships are cost-effective and deliver value-add.
Facilitate and conduct supplier review meetings and commercial contract reviews, in partnership with Procurement.
Involve and engage colleagues in the wider TA function to ensure they are pivotal in creating supplier strategies and have input into effective, local partners of choice with proven track records.
Ensure all channel partner suppliers are aligned and on-brand to ensure we are, and continue to be, an attractive employer to target talent.
Accountable for ensuring the candidate experience delivered by channel partner suppliers is consistent with the LSEG ambition for candidate experience and feels seamless, regardless of source.
Understand LSEG organisational needs to understand when a supply needs to be engaged and ensure the most suitable supplier is used.
Track and analyse the effectiveness of different sourcing channel suppliers to ensure ROI and continuous improvements are identified and acted upon.
Produce MI to help recruiters understand the most effective suppliers who provide the most suitably skilled, diverse target talent.
Skills, knowledge and capabilities required:
Cross-country, cross-functional collaboration experience and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels in a fast-moving environment.
Experienced at ensuring key suppliers are equipped at positioning LSEG as great places to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the most suitably skilled and diverse candidates.
Demonstrable experience of creating sourcing channel partners and PSLs globally.
Expertise in understanding how to engage with global supply chains throughout different countries and within diverse talent groups.
Proven ability to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
Demonstrable experience of quantifying ROI and value-add.
Experienced in establishing SLAs and KPIs to focus suppliers on the critical areas which matter the most.
Ability to implement governance structures which effectively review progress again key KPIs & SLAs.
Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques and experience in managing website content.
Excellent leadership and negotiating skills and ability to influence and implement change
Ability to interact professionally with all organisational levels and globally.
Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
