Role Summary

In your role as Talent Supply Lead, you will be part of a diverse team spread across ASEAN / APAC regions. The ASEAN TSC Lead will be reporting into the Head of TSC APAC and will be based in Singapore.

You will work closely with the business & supporting functions to provide a pro-active and professional staffing solution, ensuring requirement fulfilment and redeployment to enable Business growth.

As a member of the Talent Supply Chain Team, you are part of Global Human Resources, focused on workforce planning through managing demand, supply and workforce analytics. Your role covers all aspects of the resourcing cycle: from building relationships with hiring managers, preparing reports for the senior leadership, managing talent end-to-end in providing systematic career guidance to finding the talents next assignment (internal recruitment). This is a role in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment and requires to work in ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the whole TSC value chain runs smoothly
  • Demand & Supply Management
  • Workforce Analytics and Reporting
  • Management of the Associate Deployment Pool
  • Implementation and enforcement of TSC Process & policies
  • Manage Internal Recruitment & Demand
  • Coordinate internal job posting and facilitate interviews
  • Identify and match internal profiles against the demand
  • Work with the Delivery Managers / Client Partners / Practice Heads to facilitate staffing
  • Work with business managers and recruiters to ensure staffing the right talent at right time
  • Advise the business about the best staffing solution for their roles
  • If no talent available internally: drive approval process for external hiring (handover to external recruitment)
  • Collaborate closely with Academy, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition & Human Resources
  • Prepare TSC management reports for the leadership team
  • Consult on different aspects of resource management and workforce implications for business decisions
Qualifications & Experience
  • Having a minimum of 8+ years experience in resource management / workforce management / "internal recruitment"
  • Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Capable to effectively prioritize and organize work
Preferred
  • Prior experience from working in an IT-Consultancy.
  • Knowledge about the global delivery model (Offshore / Onsite)
