We are one of the largest and top cabotage chemical tanker shipping company in China since 1997.

Our fleet consists of 5 coated chemical tankers, 8 stainless steel chemical tankers, 3 product oil tankers and 2 LPG, with total capacity of 402400 DWT.

We built TMSA, SIRE and CDI inspection system, take safety and top satisfaction from our clients as our core mission.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Liaise with brokers/charterers, masters and agents to facilitate smooth vessel operations and ensure compliance with charter party terms

- Prepare voyage orders to masters, optimize cargo stowage, bunker planning and weather routing and organize tank cleaning supplies

- Appoint agents and arrange remittances for port calls

- Handle freight billing, bills of lading, letters of indemnity, laytime statement/demurrage, disbursement accounts and vendor invoices

- Filing of documents and data entries into database

- Monitor vessel performance and operational costs

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent

- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Tanker Operations within the maritime industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to tackle operational challenges and optimize processes

- Proficient in MS software applications and systems
