Requirements Strong Tax compliance experience , enjoys being hands-on, a self-starter who is able to go through work papers and is meticulous in going into details. Organised and good with Excel, able to work with internal accounting and business teams in getting required information Comfortable with being in an individual contributor role, overseeing largely Direct Tax for an APAC portfolio Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants, immediate availability or 1-month notice can be very helpful .. We are open to speak to tax talents directly from the Big 4, who match the above requirements and has a positive learning attitude. Budget: SGD 9,000 - 12,000 per month + Bonus Scope Starting as an individual contributor reporting to the Regional Head of Tax, you will be responsible for a largely Direct Tax portfolio overseeing Asia Pacific countries. This will include tax compliance and filing matters, supporting in tax audit, tax accounting as well as research and analysis to ensure tax adherence and optimization. You will work closely with internal accounting and commercial teams in coordinating required information for tax purposes as well as external tax agents and be responsible in the preparation of annual tax returns including estimated chargeable income, tax provisions, deferred tax calculations as well as preparation of consolidation tax and statutory reports from a tax perspective. You will also support in US legal entity reporting processes, manage tax queries, ensure compliant to SOX as well as maintain appropriate internal control processes and local transfer pricing documentations.
