Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Create teacher training programme (including content and form) based on business needs;
- Work with internal and external resources to develop teachers' training content, quality inspection and implementation;
- Continue to optimize training programmes based on feedback from teachers and departments.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor degree, preferably in English, Education or a related discipline. Master degree or above preferred.
- 1-3 years of teaching experience and at least 1 year of teacher training or management experience.
- Strong communication skills, able to plan and optimize training content based on business needs.
