Advise and process all travel-related documentation (e.g., visa, passports, insurance, covid restriction etc).
Maintain documentation for records and audit purpose.
Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and travel agencies and negotiate rates and contracts with travel service providers
Assist in the improvement of corporate travel process and procedures.
Manage services & facilities of owned and rented properties under company
Manage the Stationery for office which include purchasing and inventory checks.
Arrange food and beverages and logistics for meetings when required.
Adhoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
At least two years of experience of travel management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
knowledge of the travel industry.
Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
