Team Leader (Japanese Fusion Restaurant)

Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manages, the Japanese Fusion Restaurant Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that our guests\xe2\x80\x99 dining experiences within the Restaurant are met with the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

The Team Leader is also responsible for the training and supervising of the staff and must maintain and control a high level of service provided to guests at all times.

Who are we looking for?

• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry or hospitality in a Japanese restaurant
• Postgraduate or diploma in hotel management or related courses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and ability to learn quickly
• Attentiveness and patience for guest
